Bible studies and fellowship groups

Bible Studies

We have a number of different groups who read the Bible together and to pray. Some of these meet during the day, others in the evenings. We usually follow a course of material. Groups have used the Lifebuilder series on Biblical books and themes, the York Courses, material from Spring Harvest, and others.

Fellowship Groups

A group for women meets over lunch every Wednesday at the Rectory for Bible study, encouragement and prayer. This group often includes young children, and the group fits around the needs of the younger members of the group as well as the older ones.

Going Further

For those who are looking to explore the Scriptures in more depth we have a group that aims to look at one book of the Bible at a time over a period of weeks. This group started with a six – month exploration of the Revelation, and has continued.
